(Temporary) Scoring a Free Smoke Eraser

Details: So I have a product that unfortunately requires the directions to be read. Otherwise, there's a decent chance it gets returned, unopened. And I'm not talking about the package. I mean, literally, the customer failing to ever even remove the lid of the Smoke Eraser. So it'll come back to me, literally with the lid sealed shut from resin. It's unbelievable how often I see this. And yes, of course it's kind of funny, but the tragedy is how often these situations result in a terrible review as well. Bottom line, guys, I need some help.
