1. What makes the Smoke Eraser so special? Common sense. I allow users to protect the HEPA filter to maximize longevity. Something no other brand offers.

2. Do they cost more than other units? If so, it's peanuts compared to the savings you get. Don't let any of our prices fool you. We have simply got the most cost efficient options on the market, hands down. Longer Lifespans -> Fewer Units -> Big Savings.

3. What is the point of it? To share airspace more respectfully, vape whenever and wherever you may want, to conceal smoke sessions, or to simply hide a habit altogether when it's nobody's business.

4. What is it that makes them so satisfying? We add a bit of back pressure to control flow. Otherwise, it would be like trying to blow forcefully with your mouth wide open. Try blowing out a candle like that. See what I mean? Using a Smoke Eraser is kind of like puckering your lips to whistle. The added backpressure is just more effective and simply feels better. It produces a more satisfying experience. That's just attention to detail.

5. What about Smoke "off the end"? To conceal side-stream smoke, always avoid any methods with continuous burning (J's for example). Vaporization seems to be the safest method, but if combustion (burning) is necessary, just make sure to always fully clear the chamber and use a bowl snuffer whenever possible after each pull. This ensures you fully extinguish the cherry. For more on this, see blog post here.

7. Are the mouthpieces reversible? Yes. Be sure to try it both ways. If one way doesn't suit you, try it reversed. For most everyone, one way or the other will be preferred. Personally, I love it inside out. It allows your lips to wrap around a raised ridge ensuring a tight seal. Some may need or prefer this. I just wanted to provide the options to make sure everyone fully enjoys the experience.

9. How are they so small? When you can manage moisture, longevity no longer depends on size of unit.

10. How do I increase lifespan? Remove prefilter at night to ventilate. Soak it in alcohol as needed to purge resin. Fully dry HEPA filter occasionally with Dock.

11. Do I need a Dock? Docking Station is optional. It's just helpful because occasionally drying HEPA filters increases lifespan. It also re-opens restricted units. Just remove lid and prefilter, flip the Smoke Eraser over, and park it on top.

12. What is the "Pro" version? Kinda like John Cougar, we've come full circle. Forget Pro, V3, 4, 5. Finally perfected, let's just call it Smoke Eraser again.

Pro Tip -
Regarding elimination of resin from prefilter. Not only does the prefilter protect the HEPA filter from moisture, it limits restriction from resin too. When necessary, remove the mesh and cotton and soak them in rubbing alcohol to eliminate collected resin.
