Keep it clean and dry

A clean and dry HEPA filter (and prefilter) is key to longevity. So if you're hardcore, a heavy user, experiencing restriction from moisture with a single unit, this is actually easily avoided or reversed. If usage exceeds about 40 exhales a day, everyday, add either a Docking Station or a 2nd unit to more effectively handle the excess breath moisture. If not sure as to the method to use, look at it like this. Rotating 2 increases life to 2, adding a Dock increases it to many. Easy.

Important for everyone: Remove lid and prefilter when unit's not in use, especially overnight. This helps ventilate and dry HEPA filters. Lastly, soak prefilter in alcohol as needed to purge any collected resin kept from HEPA filter.

*Not just for heavy users. Either of the described methods also significantly increase exhales.

Attention to Detail

You find it throughout the Smoke Eraser. One small example is how we limit smoke from wafting back out. So in contrast to competitors, our gummy-bear-soft mouthpieces have an opening large enough to pass everything at once; just not so big the smoke falls out. All that's left then is to naturally encourage a forceful flow. So imagine blowing out your birthday candles with your mouth wide open. See how that feels? Well that's the competition. We're the opposite. Like puckering your lips to whistle, we add a hint of back pressure. And with the total lack of restriction, that's exactly why it works... Why it's so satisfying too. It's that unique feeling that feels so right but you can't put your finger on. That's attention to detail.
